I planted my amaryllis late this year, which means they've bloomed late. It's nice to still have flowers blooming, and this particular amaryllis has the most fantastic magenta colour. Mind you, I wish the bulb itself had been of better quality. It bloomed its heart out but grew no roots, so I won't be able to save it for next year.
I had to capture the last bloom before it was gone.
