I'm Rosa, a Master Gardener, photographer, and writer.

 

I fell in love with gardening 35 years ago when three little cosmos planted in a narrow garden bed along the side of our townhouse grew to epic proportions and bloomed with abandon.

That's all it took. I was hooked.

I went into the following gardening season with absolute confidence, planting something different. but expecting the same results.

​

It was a total failure.

​

So began a journey to learn everything I could about gardening. Many of the things I learned worked, and others were abject failures. But regardless of the outcome, the pull, the enchantment of the garden, never wavered.

It's a journey that continues to this day.
